According to the report of journalists of the district media center, Cheermo R&D and Production Base that has been put into trial production at the beginning of the year, is increasing the production efficiency by implementing workshop zoning management, improving the warehouse utilization rate and increasing the R&D investment, in order to quickly raise the production capacity after trial production.　

Cheermo R&D and Production Base in Shenzhen-Shantou Cooperation Zone is located in Goobu Advanced Manufacturing Cluster Zone. It is a production base of Cheermo in South China, which is a national high-tech enterprise that implements a development model of “Shenzhen headquarters + Shenzhen-Shantou Base”. The Company is dedicated to the R&D, production and sales of new adhesive materials, and has made steady progress in the fields of new materials for smart mobile phone modules, high-end intelligent electronic device signs, computer intelligence signs, toy labels, etc.
At present, the plant of Cheermo R&D and Production Base involves 3 workshops at the stage of trial production, including the high-speed precision coating workshop, conventional coating workshop and automatic cutting workshop. Up to now, 5 production lines have been put into trial production.
Since it resumed production in early February, Cheermo R&D and Production Base has been making efforts to fulfill its social responsibility at the critical stage of epidemic prevention and control. It provides raw materials for labeling and identification of medical devices (e.g. X-ray imaging systems, ventilators, monitors and transfusion pumps) of Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd., as well as raw materials for labeling of hand sanitizers and disinfectants of Procter & Gamble, etc.

Wang Yigang, Deputy General Manager of Cheermo R&D and Production Base said, “Our production capacity has reached 60%, which is rising quickly. At present, label materials and double-sided adhesive tape materials for many domestic well-known brands of mobile phones, 5G communication equipment and lithium batteries are on schedule for production. The monthly output is about 3 to 4 million square meters."

In order to maximize the use of space, save labor costs and improve the work efficiency, Cheermo R&D and Production Base built an intelligent information platform and automatic stereoscopic warehouse. Wang Yigang said: “We will store raw materials in the automatic stereoscopic warehouse where materials can be handled automatically. This automatic stereoscopic warehouse features high-level utilization, automatic access and simple operation, which greatly improves the utilization rate of plant space and reduces labor. ”
It is reported that Cheermo R&D and Production Base is continuing to expand the production scale, and making more efforts to improve production processes and formulas and develop new materials, in order to making strides towards the corporate objectives of the year. It provides better raw materials for products in Shenzhen and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
